This is an attempt to sculpt a torso"in pose" without using symmetry. This is quite a bit more difficult than sculpting something in default symmetrical pose. You have to pay a lot more attention to anatomy and proportions.
I find that visualizing the skeleton under the muscle make this somewhat easier, that and studying reference. It's still really hard though.
